Who we are

CrowBig is a TikTok LIVE creator management agency based in the United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data you give us through this website. You can contact us about privacy at the email address shown on our contact details.

What we collect

When you apply to join, we collect your name, TikTok username, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, your main stream category, follower range, LIVE experience, anything you write in the message box, and your confirmation that you are 18 or over, live in the UK and are not signed to another agency. Our web server also records your IP address and the time of your application to help us stop spam.

How we use it

We use these details to review your application, contact you about it and, if you join, to set up and manage our work together. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you go on to join, taking steps to enter into an agreement with you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your application is sent by email to our team. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. We may share your TikTok username with TikTok where that is needed to add you to our creator network, which only happens once you have agreed to join.

How long we keep it

If you do not join, we delete your application within 12 months. If you join, we keep your details for as long as we work together and for up to six years afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
